Corporate Partnership
Wondering how to develop your CSR policy?
Corporate support enables Habitat for Humanity Ireland to work towards fulfilling our mission of providing decent affordable shelter. Many companies are giving back to their communities and staff through involvement with not for profit organisations demonstrating their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of the life of the work force, their families, as well as the local community and society at large.
Companies are increasingly looking to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a proven vehicle to drive greater staff, stakeholder and community engagement.
Everyone gets something out of partnering with Habitat for Humanity – it’s a win win situation.

Habitat for Humanity Sponsors
Habitat for Humanity Ireland could not complete its projects without the help of generous corporate supporters.
This support has not only enabled us to offer homes to more families in Ballyfermot and Ballymun but to also assist us in acquiring more land and materials for future sites. Staff members from these corporations have also volunteered on many occasions and have enjoyed the opportunity to “get stuck in” with some physical DIY work. These days offer people a chance to get to know each other outside of their normal workplace while also getting a chance to work alongside our homeowners.
Habitat for Humanity would like to thank the following companies for their overwhelming support:
EBS
EBS Building Society have helped us ensure that we can offer affordable mortgages to families who otherwise cannot obtain a mortgage through the usual channels and financial institutions. EBS staff have also volunteered on site in Dublin and had teams go abroad with us on our Global Trips.
“When we were approached by Habitat for Humanity we were very interested in working with the organisation to facilitate its needs and the needs of the families involved. The mortgage team spent a lot of time trying to develop a solution that would work best and we are very proud that we were able to come up with an innovative approach that may be transposed into other markets in the future.
We look forward to supporting the families and to working with everyone that secures a home through Habitat for Humanity Ireland in the coming years.”
Ms. Dara Deering, Head of Mortgages, EBS Building Society.
