Fundraise
There are lots of ways that you can fundraise. Whether it is bag-packing, a pub quiz, or a coffee morning, the most important thing to remember is that you do a fundraiser that suits YOU.
Below are some ideas of how you can raise much needed funds for Habitat!
Collect
It is easy to continue to support Habitat for Humanity projects around the world after you come home from volunteering. Cake sales, coffee mornings, street collections, a charity box in the canteen or coffee dock are just some ways of supporting Habitat projects from Ireland.
Compete
Why not take part in a challenge event (e.g. run, triathlon, cycle or a marathon) for Habitat for Humanity Ireland. Be part of something active to raise much needed funds to help Habitat eliminate poverty housing in Ireland and around the world!
Be creative!
We are always excited to hear new and innovative ways that our volunteers have raised money for Habitat. Let us know what ideas you have. If you want to attract more people to an event that you’re hosting, make sure to share it with your local media. We would love to hear how your fundraiser went, so make sure you email us afterwards and include photographs so we can feature it on our website. You can read our tips for fundraising here,
