Student Build, Cambodia 2020
The joy of the new homeowners was worth all the time and effort put into this trip. I could not be happier that our group was able to contribute something to this great community. The attitude towards life shown by the members of the George community was truly remarkable, and it is something that I will do my best to learn from.
Our Student Build trip to Cambodia is an amazing opportunity to work alongside families in need of a decent place to call home.
Habitat’s Student Build trip to Cambodia invites you to join third-level students from around Ireland in fighting poverty housing. You will travel as a team to Cambodia and help a family to build a home, strengthen their community, and enrich both their lives and your own. You will experience firsthand the impact of poverty housing and help make a lasting difference to the entire community. You will work as part of a team, develop new skills, experience a different culture and learn about global development issues.
